Sweet Surrendering

The battle of heart and mind will cease only when there is a raising of white flag- Surrender. 

Simple word yet hard to live it out to your best ability because men want to be in control, pride is something that man is holding on so closely to, close to one's heart. 

Found a Grace song this week that held really closely to my heart- "chinese song" and it impressively touches my heart the moment I heard this song... Words just can't explain as it was a wave-emotional battle going on... 

In their hearts humans plan their course, but the LORD establishes their steps. -Prov 16:9 There are so many "spendid, good-looking" plans we can plan ahead of us, but, if God is not in the center of it all it can go as beautifully as its planned, some where along the way we lost track; unsure of what's ahead will we be able to walk back to God? Will we get bitter? Will we be humble enough to turn back to Him just like what the prodigal son did? 

Dear God, my simple prayer is that I would learn to Surrender and throw my life into Your arms. Its too tiring to hold it myself, to little of me is able to contain my mixed emotions because being vulnerable in front of You is all that I need to do. Let the curtain be drawn, so that I will be found kneeing on my knees to seek Your will, and Your ways. 

I fall on my knees

To make a simple prayer

Let each tears that flow

Be a sweet fragrance to You

Let my heart beats with

Every circumstance that comes my way

Oh so You will regin in this
